Rest to Remember November

We are so excited to introduce "Rest to Remember", a monthly sound bath experience hosted by founder Meçlâ on the last Wednesday of each month at Grand Street Healing Project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Through rest, we create space to remember our soul, reconnect with our bodies and ease our minds.

Our bodies hold so much information, and when we give ourselves time to rest, we open up space to connect with our past, present and future. More than a sound bath, it’s a personal journey towards restoration.
