About Meçlâ

Meçla is a sound practitioner, intuitive guide, and mentor. After 25 years in the fashion industry and raising her family, Meçlâ, founder of Ak Ana, began creating clothing for rest: a return to her own body, and a connection to her lineage through textiles. During this time, she found peace and stability through sound, meditation, and energy work. She now creates group and one-on-one sound experiences to rest and reconnect with the body. She also incorporates Usui Reiki infused instruments, textiles, and talismans into her practice. In her business mentorship, Seek to Flow, she collaborates with creative founders and practitioners who are seeking new alignment in their products, offerings, and branding.

Rest to Remember

1:1 and Small Group

Drop into your heart through a 60 or 90 minute, 1:1 or small group Ak Ana Sound Experience. Meçla curates an environment with an aligned sound journey designed just for you, along with other Ak Ana rugs and textiles for comfort and to support you as you rest your body to remember your soul, your spirit, and as you settle your mind. Variations include adding aftercare, and Reiki infused Ak Ana textiles or products like a kaftan or a talisman. Once you inquire, you'll receive an intake form to help curate your experience.

1:1 - 60 minutes - $175

1:1 - 90 minutes - $250

Meçlâ offers a mentorship for creative founders and practitioners who need support during this time — building a softer system that flows and aligns with your mission. Honor your Oya

1:1 Mentorship

Oya is a traditional Anatolian embroidery once used by women as a secret language, a way to communicate freely in a time when their voices were not often welcomed.

To honor your oya is to honor your voice in a way that is truly unique to you. This mentorship may call to those who feel a shift, or want to connect deeper with their truth and lineage.

These 1 hour conversations work well for people with on-going Rest to Remember sessions, so you can feel supported as you clear a path to your purpose, and feel fully witnessed if memories, emotions, ancestral connections, your truth, etc. surface. This offering follows the work of stillness - once the body begins to still, listening deepens. It honors the threshold of learning, unlearning, and supports integration and change.

Certifications & Education

Meçlâ has a deep love of learning and a creative way of bringing all of her passions into the same room. She is certified as an Aligned Sound Method Practitioner and has studied hypnosis with the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis. Her Ak Ana experiences may call to include food as healing, incorporating her Nutritional Food Chef certification from the Nutrition Therapy Institute. In addition to her work as a creative director, merchandiser, and other fashion experience, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Product Design and Marketing, and a Digital Marketing certification from Denver University — all of which she brings into her business mentorship. She has also completed Usui Reiki I, II, and Earth Evolution with Minka Brooklyn. Ten months ago, Meçlâ began her journey of Divine Feminine Initiation and Ancestral Healing through ongoing work with her mentor, a continuation of learning and support for the path she is on today.
